Our 21 diptyques are shown in the Musée de l'Imprimerie et de la communication graphique, in Lyon, 13 rue de la Poulaillerie, until september 22nd.

2019 is rich in fullfilled realisations and exciting projects:

After our Bannières collection was shown in Ceret and Rochebonne, during spring and summer of 2018, this art project intitled « Du pariétal au médiéval » was extended in Diptyques. You can discover this project at Salon du Sud-Est in November in Lyon.

Our second project Grolino, consists of huge prints made from many lino engraved pieces.

L’Empreinte was borned in Givors in 1995, thanks to Alain Piroir, line-engraveur, and fellow artists.

These days, more than 20 french artists are part of L’Empreinte-Lyon, as well as bresilian and danish artists.

Our goal is to encourage printing and exhibitions, group projects and cultural exchanges. That is why L’Empreinte organised in the past several exhibitions and exchanges with Quebec, Romania, Brazil, and recently Germany and Czech Republic.

L’Empreinte periodically enhances its artbooks collections: « Bestiaire », « Frontière », « Envol », … and « Petites collections », a collaboration between a poete and an engraver.
